Cheesecake, etc. was founded in early 2000 in Manila, Philippines. Seeking the assistance of Canadian consultants, Cheesecake, etc. formulated recipes that would cater to the taste buds of the Filipino as well as the rest of the world. Each of the recipes underwent numerous testing and sampling before finally being approved and filed in their “secret recipes” folder. On May 2001, the first Cheesecake, etc. opened its door to the Philippine market, ribbon cutting done by no less than the Canadian Ambassador. It was time for the Filipinos to have a dessert experience to remember! The pioneer store is located in the heart of Central Business District of Makati City at Greenbelt Mall.
